Can I still use the plugin after my 1-year support & updates period expires?
Yes. You can use your existing version for as long as you want, just that you can not update the plugin to the latest version.
Where can I download the pro version after payment
Once you make your payment, normally your login information will be sent to your email in minutes. You can then login the Membership Area and download the pro version. If you do not receive the email in 30 minutes, try to check the SPAM or JUNK folder. In some rare situations, the order processing may be delayed. If you still can not find the email after 30 minutes, please contact us at support@wonderplugin.com.
What is your merchant name on my credit card statement
If you paid through Paypal, the merchant name will be Paypal*Magic Hills. Magic Hills is our company name.
If you paid through our reseller 2Checkout, the merchant name will be 2CO.com*wonderplugin.
What's your refund policy
We have a 30-day money back guarantee refund policy.
Please uninstall the plugin from your website(s), delete the downloaded commercial zip file from your computer(s), then let us know within 30 days of your purchase, we will give you a full refund.
The refund request must be within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we can't process the refund.

I am a WordPress theme developer. Can I include your commercial plugin in my theme and sell/distribute it?
